Dynamic is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Nate. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Nate for over fifteen years, during which we have been colleagues, either on the same team for the same company or on a similar team at different companies. Above all, I am impressed with Nate’s ability to build strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization and of course, his goal-oriented personality reflecting his project management mind-set.

I had the good fortune of having Nate on my team at Wachovia Insurance Services. During his tenure, Nate took on nearly impossible challenges and returned outstanding results. Nate’s formal role focused on reengineering, streamlining and managing the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Operational Risk functions for a Top-10 U.S. Insurance Brokerage firm. Nate not only streamlined the function and reduced resource requirements by half, but he also enhanced the function, providing additional value-add services for his customers. Additionally, Nate took on significant integration responsibilities for a major business acquisition that nearly doubled the size of the organization. Nate is a very bright, capable and driven individual, and I highly recommend him.
Sr. Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives
I have worked with Nate on multiple projects for multiple organizations. Nate is a diligent worker who brings everything he has to the table. Nate served as President for our Employee Resource Network and our group delivered amazing results throughout Wachovia. His leadership was evident in the many projects we were able complete during his tenure. As a teammate with Wachovia Insurance, Nate was always very thorough as a project manager and always ahead of schedule with his deliverables. He did not shy away from difficult issues or situations and much of our work was difficult and required his professional touch with our external stakeholders. Nate is pleasure to work with and his professional growth and achievements are a representation of a quality individual.

Program and Project Manager
Nate is able to work and communicate effectively across all levels of management, while maintaining, managing and governing business continuity program activities, focus and objectives. Nate's business continuity experience has expanded to include vendor risk. Specifically, to assess vendor's business continuity programs against an established framework/regulation/guidance (i.e. FFIEC, ISO22301, etc) to determine alignment with the organization's resiliency requirements and expectations. Any vendor's business continuity program that Nate identified potential gaps/issues with, were escalated to the organization's management, vetted and discussed. For high risk issues, Nate developed and implemented the appropriate remediation plan(s)/strategy(ies) for vendors.
