Ms. Lee is a business continuity analyst specializing in conducting business impact analysis reviews, bench-marking business continuity program components against relevant standards (e.g. ISO 22301, FFIEC, etc.) and business continuity technical writing (standards, policies, procedures) and the development of training programs and quick references guides, template design, etc.
